By train. The nearest station is Five Ways, reached from New Street. Leave the station, walk towards Five Ways Roundabout and up onto Hagley Road. Cobalt Square is the blue office block across from Morrisons, next to Tricorn House. Allow about ten minutes.
By bus. From the city centre take the 80 or 80A to Frederick Road. Walk under Five Ways and come out beside Morrisons. Cobalt Square is opposite.
By bike. Routes from the centre include Broad Street. Bike racks sit at the back of the ground-floor car park.
By car. Approaching Five Ways on Hagley Road, Cobalt Square is on the left before the roundabout. Parking is available at Broadway Plaza, or at Morrisons for a short stay with a purchase.

Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. Closed Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
Partnership meetings are not available on 18 November 2026 from 09:00 to 13:00, or on any date when the office is closed.
